heritage reimagined
Clients Tracey and Mark came to me in hopes of renovating their 1920s bungalow in Williamstown, but after several structural issues the home had to be rebuilt from scratch. Instead, we decided to bring some of the existing home’s elegance into the brand-new interiors, blending old with new. The house is now bright and warm, filled with the couple’s beloved collection of indoor plants and soft pops of colour.

multigenerational residence
This elegant home needed to be reconfigured to make room for the owner’s elderly mother to move in with the family into a new accessible suite on the ground floor. The existing floorplan was opened up at the rear around a tropical-style garden, with custom designed multi-functional joinery and moody tones, while the entryway reveals an inset of herringbone tiles designed to look like a ‘rug’ framed by timber flooring.

Cecil residence
This Williamstown residence was designed for a family of four with two teenage children who were looking to create a modern dream home from scratch. Downstairs, the material palette reveals sleek bluestone floors, hardwearing stainless steel bench top with a cantilevered breakfast bar, and custom timber joinery pocket doors that cleverly conceal the kitchen appliances. The luxurious powder room is another highlight, thanks to a floating sink, as the upstairs bathrooms feature marble accents.
